Advances in technology are helping to transform the process of many business functions, including Human Resources. All trainings to ensure compliancy can now be conducted virtually, alleviating the need for company-wide in-person meetings.

Analyzing Performance
HR teams are focused on the employee from hiring to promoting, so methods of accurately measuring performance are key. Employee reviews and collection of feedback is now completely automated to simplify this process while providing the opportunity to hone in on important data.

While technology advancements are undoubtedly restructuring process, they are simultaneously creating a more strategic role for HR teams. These professionals are no longer seen as admin workers — they now hold the reins to identifying ways to make strategic impacts on organizations. This shift in responsibility is hoped to make companies stronger and more relatable to employees while increasing retention and overall culture.
